Ukraine NATO budget

Even with 2% of annual NATO budget Ukraine would be able to sustain its 2 million strong army. Annual NATO budget is $1200 billion. 2% is $24 billion. Before russian aggression Ukraine state budget income was $55 billion. Since current Ukraine population has decreased to 33 million, the $24 billion budget would be enough to wage war for decades until Russia would crumble to pieces.
